Defining Your Destination
Before embarking on any journey, it’s important to know where you’re headed. Take some time this week to define your own “Mentally Magnificent” state. What does mental well-being look and feel like for YOU?
Here are some prompts to get you started:
- What emotions do you want to experience more often? (e.g., peace, joy, confidence)
- What areas of your life do you want to feel more empowered in? (e.g., relationships, career, self-care)
- What negative feelings do you want to experience less frequently? (e.g., anxiety, stress, overwhelm)
Embrace the Ebb and Flow
The path to healing is rarely linear. There will be days when you feel empowered and in control, and others where you feel stuck or discouraged. This is all part of the process! Be kind to yourself during these challenges. Celebrate your victories, big and small, and remember that even setbacks are opportunities for growth.
